Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew Tips

Since 1997, the award-winning Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew has been travelling worldwide, helping to make trails better. Two full-time crews work with IMBA-affiliated clubs and land management agencies, teaching effective trail construction and maintenance techniques and sharing mountain bike success stories.

However, not all IMBA members have experience building or maintaining trails. Many of us are relatively new to the sport and have not tasted the satisfaction of applying a metal tool and elbow grease to a trailbed toward the goal of making it more fun to ride or walk and less likely to erode. The Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew presents these trail techniques for beginners and experts alike.
